Lower Back Pain?
If you are experiencing low back pain, it’s a good idea to stretch your hamstrings. When your hamstrings are tight, it places a lot of stress on your lower back. A great exercise that can be done almost anywhere is the seated hamstring stretch. While sitting on the edge of your chair, straighten out one leg and point your toes toward the ceiling. Sit up straight and roll your pelvis forward. You should feel a light stretch in the back of your leg. Try to hold this position for 30 seconds and repeat on each side. This is a great stretch because it places your body into a proper posture plus you can do it while you’re working!
